Unfortunately, the air conditioning was switched off , made the room warm and uncomfortable. The bathroom in my Standard Double Room required some serious attention, especially around the shower area. The overall cleanliness was disappointing, as I noticed some dust and dirt accumulation in the corners.

We really enjoyed compact and new-fashioned rooms and well presented food.

The room with a nice bathroom. Also, location was great and lovely, just 5 minutes walk from a municipal museum.

The room was small but very clean and very comfortable for a budget hotel.

The hotel was very noisy. There was building work taking place which we could hear on the 1st floor and the cleaner was extremely noisy very early on Saturday morning.

Check if there are discounts available for parking when you check in. It could save you a considerable amount during your stay.

Clean, tidy, continental breakfast was fine, location very central and convenient for sightseeing

Had to pay to use their car park. Extremely noisy until very late Sat night with constant car horns blaring around nearby streets - possibly celebrating after local football match but quite mad and very annoying! Also lots of drunken shouting from streets as this is in the heart of nightclub land. Ok if you're out doing it, less so if you want an early peaceful night.

We stayed here for weekend, everything was brand-new and it was in the great and super location very close to all the city attractions.

The cleanliness was a disaster, especially with the dirty toilet under the brim, and of course, no one mentioned there'd be a whole rugby team here ruining breakfast chaos. I was litterally expecting an upgrade for my trouble, but guess that's too much to ask. Almost thought of leaving a good review, but just couldn't.

Very convenient for centre of Lille, in an interesting area, full of Eastern restaurants. Easy parking. Great breakfast, especially as included in price.

I enjoyed a comfortable and quiet room . The shower was excellent, offering great water pressure and temperature control. The reception staff were very helpful, providing me with an excellent city map, made my exploration much easier. Breakfast had a good selection, but the seating area felt a bit cramped.

Good underground parking, easy to find and very clean and welcoming.

Room and hotel in general were extremely hot, uncomfortably so.

Difficult to find hotel Route descriptions on booking need improvement.

The breakfast was solid with lots of choices, and the staff were super friendly. We even grabbed a City Tour ticket at the front desk for a fun ride around the area.

One downside was the parking situation. The entrance was narrow.
